Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide Generator HTY-V150 adpots high-speed airflow and flash vaporization technology to vaporize 35% hydrogen peroxide solution into hydrogen peroxide steam, and through the pipeline or nozzle hydrogen peroxide into the confined space. Vaporized hydrogen peroxide molecules contain a large number of hydroxyl radicals, which can kill microorganisms by attacking molecules on cell membranes and biologically active components such as DNA inside cells.
| Airflow: ≥20m³/h | Sterilization Volume: ≤150m³ |
| Injection Rate: The dosing system uses a corrosion-resistant solenoid valve, adjustable between 1–7g/min | Vaporization Temperature: ≤100°C |
| Sterilant: 35% Food-Grade Hydrogen Peroxide Solution | Killing Rate: ≥log6 |
| Distribution Uniformity: After sterilization, the exposed CIs at all points in the space exhibit uniform color changes | Control Method: Equipped with a split control system, the main unit is separated from the operation panel. A Siemens Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is used for modular control, and a touch screen allows remote operation outside the disinfection area, ensuring ease of use |
| Operation Mode: Built-inscattering system | Target Objects: Disinfection of object surfaces and air; upon completion, the gaseous hydrogen peroxide is degraded through the air conditioning and ventilation system of the disinfection space until the residual concentration meets national standards |
| Residue after Disinfection: ≤1ppm | Noise: The noise level is 75dB at 1 meter from the device during operation |
| Safety: 1. The control system can resist interference from handheld radio devices and mobile phone signals within 1 meter 2. In the event of utility failures (e.g., power outages), all circuits and components of the device will cease operation |
Dimensions: 360x360x970mm (W×D×H) |
| Weight: Approximately 45 kg | Power Supply: 220V±22V, 50Hz±1Hz |
| Power: 2500W, 10A |
Primarily used for sterilization and disinfection in the public spaces, such as pharmaceutical cleanrooms, bio-laboratories, animal laboratories, and animal facilities, etc.
