The Hydrogen Peroxide Gas Concentration Analyzer employs TDLAS technology (Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy), utilizing the principle that specific wavelengths of light are absorbed by specific gases. This enables real-time monitoring of hydrogen peroxide and water vapor concentrations, while simultaneously calculating relative saturation and dew point temperature. By establishing a relationship with the D-value, the sterilization efficacy can be assessed through hydrogen peroxide and water vapor concentrations, allowing for the analysis and evaluation of VH2O2 and optimization of process parameters.
