Tailin CGT isolator is a fully enclosed, integrated operating system specifically designed for cell product preparation, meeting GMP sterile production requirements. It uses dry vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VH₂O₂) sterilization achieving 6-log spore reduction, maintaining a Class A aseptic environment. Real-time monitoring and full data traceability ensure continuous GMP-compliant sterility control.
Optional configurations include Rapid Transfer Ports (RTP) for safe material transfer, particle counter, air sampler, H₂O₂ high and low concentration sensors, portable H₂O₂ safety sensor, WiFi-controlled glove integrity tester (GIT-WLAN), and wooden mock-up.
The CGT Isolator features a modular design integrating key systems such as a rapid sterilization transfer chamber, an integrated low-speed centrifuge, a micro-observation system, and intelligent software control.
