On the morning of June 10, 2025, the unveiling ceremony for the “Joint Research Center for Advanced Biomonitoring Technologies”—a collaborative initiative between Zhejiang Tailin Life Science Co., Ltd. (“Tailin Life Science”) and the Zhejiang University Academy of Advanced Technology (ZUATI)—was held at the Yuquan Campus of Zhejiang University.
The ceremony was attended by distinguished guests, including:
Professor Chen Zichen, Vice Chairman of the Zhejiang University Development Committee.
Weng Shenjun, Party Secretary of ZUATI (who presided over the ceremony).
Ye Dalin, Chairman and President of Zhejiang Tailin Bioengineering Co., Ltd.
Shen Zhilin, Vice President of Zhejiang Tailin Bioengineering and GM of Tailin Life Science.
Representatives from the ZU-Hangzhou Global Scientific and Technological Innovation Center and relevant university departments.

In his opening remarks, Professor Chen Zichen noted that Tailin has been a leader in the pharmaceutical equipment industry for over 30 years, specializing in microbial detection. He highlighted that ZUATI’s extensive expertise in life sciences and engineering aligns perfectly with Tailin’s industrial strengths, creating a powerful synergy for future innovation. Secretary Weng Shenjun and GM Shen Zhilin officially unveiled the plaque for the Joint Research Center, witnessed by Professor Chen and Chairman Ye Dalin.
During the subsequent symposium, Chairman Ye Dalin reaffirmed Tailin’s commitment to the partnership. He stated that the company will provide comprehensive resources and market insights to ensure the center’s success. By aligning academic research with industrial demand, the partnership aims to accelerate the translation of scientific achievements into market-leading bioprocessing solutions.
The establishment of this center marks a significant milestone in deepening Industry-Academia-Research integration, driving breakthroughs in biomonitoring technology.
