Tailin’s new-generation glove integrity tester drew widespread attention with its dual advantages of high precision and intelligent operation. This device is based on the pressure decay test method and deeply integrates AI-driven algorithms tailored to glove characteristics, building a reliable safety barrier for high-risk environments such as aseptic production. Its companion product, the mobile charging trolly, can simultaneously charge up to six testers, significantly improving testing efficiency.
In response to the pharmaceutical industry’s zero-tolerance quality control requirements for microbial contamination, the MD500 online microbial detection analyzer is redefining industry standards with speed. The device integrates two mature measurement technologies—laser-induced fluorescence for microorganisms and particle Mie scattering—enabling real-time monitoring of relatively clean water systems in microbial control scenarios. Compared with traditional offline culture methods, the MD500 helps companies achieve earlier detection of issues and proactive risk management.
