Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide Generator

Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide Generator HTY-V350 adpots high-speed airflow and flash vaporization technology to vaporize 35% hydrogen peroxide solution into hydrogen peroxide steam, and through the pipeline or nozzle hydrogen peroxide into the confined space. Vaporized hydrogen peroxide molecules contain a large number of hydroxyl radicals, which can kill microorganisms by attacking molecules on cell membranes and biologically active components such as DNA inside cells.

Features

  • Adopting the latest generation of flash vaporization module, the vaporization efficiency is 2 times higher than the previous generation, and more space can be processed.

 

  • Integrated hydrogen peroxide concentration, humidity and temperature sensors can be connected for accurate online monitoring of hydrogen peroxide concentration, temperature and humidity during the decontamination. Up to 7 years of service life, with calibration certificates and calibration services traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

 

  • Equipped with a printer for real-time printing of data during operation. The control system has 3 levels of authority: operators, supervisors and administrators, only authorized personnel can set parameters and other related operations, complying with GMP requirements.

 

  • With four air outlets, fan-assisted diffusion, and 360°coverage of Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide gas, the peroxide gas is uniformly distributed.

 

  • Material compatibility testing and on-site IQ, OQ and sterilization process development are available in advance.
